Trump Wallets Siphon $3.39M From Solana Liquidity Pools Amid Token Rebound
Official Trump wallets have extracted $3.39 million in USDC from TRUMP liquidity positions on Solana, capitalizing on the token's recent rebound. This activity mimics a mechanism seen before, where the team removed around $4.6 million in USDC in April 2025 using similar Meteora pools.
The wallets used single-sided TRUMP liquidity positions to exchange USDC for the meme coin inside configured price ranges, gradually converting tokens into stablecoins that could then be withdrawn as cash. This process doesn't involve directly selling large amounts of TRUMP on an exchange order book.
TRUMP has rallied sharply alongside the wider crypto market, trading near $2.70 after sitting at around $1.40 a week earlier. The token's price increase and higher trading volume make liquidity-based conversions more efficient, allowing buyers to provide the USDC received by the liquidity position.
