Twenty One Capital's stock rose 7% on Friday as the company continues to show signs of stabilization under new CEO Raphael Zagury's strategy. This gain marks a modest rebound for the company, which has fallen dramatically since its public debut in December.

The company, based in Austin, Texas, operates as a bitcoin-native public company designed to give investors exposure to the cryptocurrency through traditional equity markets. It holds approximately 43,514 Bitcoin, valued at around $2.8 billion, making it one of the largest corporate Bitcoin holders in the world.

Zagury's new strategy is centered on using bitcoin mining as a cash-flow engine to fund investments in additional cash-generating businesses, allowing local management teams operational autonomy. This approach is aimed at generating better risk-adjusted returns than simply holding Bitcoin alone.
