Share

A recent poll conducted by Reuters and Ipsos has revealed that 63% of Americans believe President Donald Trump's family should not earn money from cryptocurrency while he holds office.

The poll, which surveyed 1,166 adults between August 14 and 17, found that 32% of respondents considered the profits to be appropriate.

However, views differed sharply by political affiliation, with 69% of Republicans considering the family's cryptocurrency earnings as appropriate, compared to 92% of Democrats who said they were inappropriate.

The poll also found that 69% of respondents believed Trump's business interests influenced his presidential decisions, including approximately two-thirds of independent respondents and nine in ten Democrats.
