U.S. Tiger Securities Sees Bull Market in Bitcoin with $250k Target
Brokerage firm U.S. Tiger Securities has upgraded its assessment of the Bitcoin market to a new bull-market regime, citing higher lows and highs as evidence.
Analyst Bo Pei said the shift builds on key investor cost bases being recovered above, including the True Market Mean near $76,000-$77,000 and short-term-holder cost basis. This recovery has been accompanied by renewed exchange-traded fund demand, with Bitcoin briefly dipping below these levels but staying above before recovering.
The ETF inflows have been substantial, with a single-day figure of $937.3 million on September 21, the largest since the October 2025 cycle peak. This trend has added to the evidence that demand is recovering alongside price, according to Pei.
The analyst maintained a Buy rating and set a $250,000 cycle target for Bitcoin, which could be reached by 2029 or earlier. To achieve this, cost basis needs to reach $147,000-$167,000, implying 24%-29% annualized growth over three years, below the roughly 39% pace seen following the April 2023 recovery signal.
