UK Court Sees £207K Crypto Scam Lawsuit Over Coordinated Account Manipulation

X Internet Unlimited Company and X Corp have taken two named defendants and unidentified account operators to the UK High Court over alleged creator revenue fraud.

The company accuses Vivek Kumar Sen and Zamyang Sherpa of coordinating accounts to manipulate engagement on their platform, X. They allegedly operated several accounts as one coordinated network to increase engagement metrics and generate revenue-sharing payments through X's Creator Revenue Sharing Program.

X alleges that participants repeatedly liked, reposted, and interacted with content from connected accounts, creating an artificial appearance of independent human engagement.
