UK-based cryptocurrency firms can now apply for authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as the submission window for the new crypto asset regime has opened.
The FCA's regulatory perimeter is set to expand on October 25, 2027, and service providers must apply to continue offering crypto services in the UK.
