UNI Price Dives 11.7%, CME Group Launches Regulated Futures Contracts
The Uniswap (UNI) price has declined by 11.7% to $9.20, falling below its short- and medium-term moving averages. According to Traders Union, UNI now sits above its long-term trend level but faces pressure from the MA-200 level at $3.88.
The introduction of regulated Uniswap futures contracts by CME Group is expected to expand institutional access and hedging capabilities for UNI. The contract sizes are set at 10,000 UNI for standard and 1,000 UNI for Micro futures, providing clarity on market structure for participants.
Technical analysis suggests that the price may consolidate in the $8.4633 to $10.837 range with a 74% probability of downside. However, analysts note that regulated Uniswap futures and network-driven accumulation are converging as important factors shaping UNI's price outlook.
