Upbit's GIWA L2 Project Clarifies Mainnet Status Amid Bitcoin Tracker Hype
Upbit's L2 project GIWA has issued an official clarification regarding its mainnet launch and RPC leakage risk. The project, developed by Dunamu, the parent company of Upbit, is based on the OP Stack and aims for 1-second block times and EVM compatibility.
The clarification states that the mainnet has not yet been launched, nor has RPC ever gone live, so there is no risk of RPC leakage. Users are reminded to conduct their own research (DYOR) and be vigilant against FUD and scam information.
In other news, Michael Saylor, founder and executive chairman of Strategy, posted information related to the Bitcoin Tracker on September 27. According to past patterns, Strategy usually discloses Bitcoin holdings change information the day after such announcements.
