The US Department of Commerce has partnered with Chainlink to publish economic data on public blockchains. The initiative, which began in August 2025, provides access to official macroeconomic statistics through Chainlink's Data Feeds.

The data feeds connect to the Bureau of Economic Analysis and offer accurate information on three key metrics: Real Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) Price Index, and Real Final Sales to Private Domestic Purchasers. The datasets are updated periodically and are available on ten blockchain networks.

This collaboration highlights Chainlink's growing position as a leading data provider in the onchain ecosystem. With over 2,400 integrations, including partnerships with top DeFi protocols such as Aave, Lido, and Compound, Chainlink is expanding its reach and influence.
