US House Committee Advances Bill to Create Strategic Bitcoin Reserve
A House committee in the US has advanced legislation to create a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve within the Treasury Department. The bill, known as the American Reserve Modernization Act of 2026, would formally establish this reserve and require that federally forfeited Bitcoin be held for at least 20 years.
The proposal comes as Robert Kiyosaki warns of a global stock-and-bond crash, which he claims has already begun. Despite this, Kiyosaki continues to recommend Bitcoin, gold, and silver as protection from the fallout.
Kiyosaki's $1 million forecast for Bitcoin dates back to 2024, but the cryptocurrency has yet to reach that target. With its current price around $78,000, BTC would need to increase by approximately 1,182% to reach $1 million.
