The United States has seen its share of Bitcoin's global hashrate slide nearly a percentage point, losing around 55 exahash per second (EH/s) in computational power from Q1 to Q3 this year.

At the same time, other nation-states that dominate mining, such as China and Russia, have captured more of the global share of hashpower.

Russia gained a 0.783% increase in its share of Bitcoin's hashrate, despite losing around 13 EH/s since Q1.

China also saw an increased share, rising from 11.276% to 12.2%, with a loss of 10 EH/s over the same period.
