US Regulation Discourse Sparks Crypto Market Volatility
The cryptocurrency market has been experiencing instability due to US regulation discourse. The market corrected itself to $97,000 after Donald Trump's announcement of a 30-day postponement on a 25% tariff for imports from Mexico and Canada. According to Reku analyst Fahmi Almuttaqin, the US policy development factor is currently influencing global investment markets.
Fahmi noted that stablecoin regulations will be a top priority for the US government. He also mentioned that the national Bitcoin reserves proposed by Trump's AI & Crypto Czar, David Sacks, could potentially develop if Trump re-expresses his optimism for the proposal.
According to Fahmi, the high dynamics in the current financial market are aligned with their outlook, which suggests a positive trend for the crypto market. The US discourse to increase ownership of its crypto assets, including plans to create digital asset stockpiles, could be a strong catalyst for the crypto market this year.
