USBC Inc., a Nevada-based company, has drawn an additional $3 million under its Master Loan Agreement with Payward Interactive Inc. The loan now totals $21 million, bearing interest at an annual rate of 8.5% and maturing on September 11, 2027.

The borrowing is secured by Bitcoin collateral held in custody with an affiliate of the lender, Payward Financial Inc., which serves as a custodian. The loan agreement includes customary collateral maintenance provisions, including specified margin requirements and liquidation rights in case of a shortfall.

A decline of approximately 27.4% in the value of the pledged Bitcoin would have reduced the collateral coverage ratio to the 130% collateral call margin ratio under the MLA as of September 14, 2026.
