USBC Reports $46M Loss as Operating Expenses Soar
USBC, Inc., listed on the NYSE American under the ticker USBC, has reported significant losses in its first half financials. The company posted a net loss of $46.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026.
The loss is attributed to operating expenses, which rose by 530% year-over-year, reaching $28.1 billion in the second quarter of 2026. This increase was largely driven by selling, general and administrative expenses, which more than quadrupled from $2.8 million in the same period last year.
Despite these losses, USBC's management has expressed confidence in the company's prospects, citing its exposure to Bitcoin as a potential growth driver.
