Circle, the issuer of USDC, is phasing out its legacy transfer bridge, CCTP V1. This means that on December 1, 2026, all contracts using the old version will be halted.

The shutdown process began on October 31, 2026, when the caps for transfers started to fall step by step. By this date, no new USDC can be minted on Noble through Circle Mint.

Noble, a blockchain in the Cosmos chain, faces an even stricter deadline: all USDC contracts and transfer routes will be halted on January 12, 2027.
