USDC Settlement Integrates into Bank Payment Systems via Circle-Volante Partnership

Circle and Volante Technologies have partnered to integrate USDC settlement into bank payment systems. The collaboration aims to make it easier for financial institutions to test digital-dollar workflows without setting up a separate digital-asset stack.

The integration is part of the broader shift towards multi-rail payment architectures, which combine traditional systems with emerging digital value transfer.

Volante's AI-powered Payments Platform will now be able to evaluate minting, redemption, beneficiary wallet registration, funding, notifications, and wallet-to-wallet payment execution for USDC, alongside existing payment systems.

The goal is to let banks assess how stablecoin activity can sit next to their existing operations without introducing a parallel digital-asset stack.
