DeFi Technologies' subsidiary Valour has expanded its offerings beyond exchange-traded products (ETPs) with the launch of Valour Funds SPC, a platform for actively managed digital asset strategies aimed at professional and qualified investors.

The new business line leverages Valour's institutional-grade infrastructure to provide more sophisticated exposure to crypto markets. The first product under this structure is Smart Crypto Fund SP, a hedge fund powered by Neuronomics AG's proprietary artificial intelligence ensemble that dynamically allocates across a selection of liquid digital assets.

By using AI-driven models to adjust positions based on market signals, liquidity, and risk assessments, the fund seeks to capture opportunities while actively managing volatility and downside risk. Smart Crypto Fund SP has been set up as a portfolio of the Cayman Islands-registered Valour Funds SPC and is supported by a network of specialist providers for administration, custody, banking, execution, and audit.
