DeFi Technologies has announced that its subsidiary Valour has launched Valour Funds SPC, a new business line expanding its offering beyond exchange traded products into actively managed digital asset investment strategies.

The first hedge fund under this new business line is Smart Crypto Fund SP, which provides professional and qualified investors with an actively managed strategy powered by Neuronomics' proprietary AI strategy. This combination of Valour's institutional infrastructure and Neuronomics' systematic investment expertise allows for a disciplined process to capture investment opportunities while managing volatility and downside risks.

The Smart Crypto Fund aims to separate signal from noise in digital asset markets, where enormous volumes of rapidly changing information make it challenging to determine which signals matter. Its proprietary AI ensemble analyzes price, volume, and other market data over short and medium time horizons to assess potential returns, risk, and market conditions.
