Velocity Scores Another $10M in Funding Amid Growing Stablecoin Interest
London-based Share Velocity has secured an additional $10 million in funding, bringing its total Series A investment to $48 million. This new capital values the company at $200 million and will be used to support the development of stablecoin infrastructure for payments, settlement, liquidity, and treasury operations.
The major investors participating in this extension round include Visa Ventures, Circle Ventures, and Ripple, indicating growing interest in integrating stablecoins into traditional payment networks. Velocity aims to enable businesses to use stablecoins seamlessly alongside current treasury and payment processes.
This move comes as XRP (Ripple) has shown a 0.68% gain in the last day, trading at Rp24,842 on Pluang as of September 15, 2026, with a market cap standing at Rp1.551 trillion and a 24-hour volume of Rp79.57 trillion.
