Vietnam Tightens Crypto Regulations with New Draft Circular
The Ministry of Finance in Vietnam has released a draft circular outlining new regulations for crypto-asset service providers and issuers.
The proposed rules would require these companies to submit audited reports on client assets twice a year, by July 31 and January 31, to the State Securities Commission (SSC).
Crypto-asset service providers would also need to disclose information and submit reports in both Vietnamese and English, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
