Vivo and OPPO Unleash Flagship Frenzy in September
Vivo and OPPO are gearing up to launch their flagship smartphones in September 2026. The Vivo X500 series is confirmed for a China debut, while the OPPO Find X10 series is also expected to launch during the same month.
The Vivo X500 series will feature major upgrades, including improved cameras, batteries, and displays. The standard X500 could sport a 6.67-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K-class resolution. A 7,000mAh battery and 90W charging are also rumored.
The camera setup on the Vivo X500 is expected to be its standout feature, with a 200-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. The Pro models could raise the bar even further, with a 144Hz LTPO display and MediaTek's Dimensity 9600 platform.
The OPPO Find X10 series is also generating buzz, with a potential 6.59-inch 1.5K display and an impressive 8,000mAh battery capacity. The standard Find X10 could feature dual 200-megapixel rear cameras, giving it a major advantage in the camera department.
The September flagship battle is shaping up to be intense, with both Vivo and OPPO targeting demanding users with their respective launches. While exact prices and global availability are still uncertain, one thing is clear: these smartphones will pack some serious punch.
