Volatility Returns: PEPE, WLFI, and HTX in the Spotlight
Altcoin markets are experiencing another bout of volatility, with PEPE and WLFI taking center stage.
According to CoinGecko data, PEPE has recovered sharply from its August 19 level, reaching around $0.00000411 by August 23, up from roughly $0.00000258 on the same day.
WLFI, meanwhile, has seen steady activity near the $0.059 to $0.060 range following news that it had secured conditional preliminary approval from the OCC for a national trust bank charter.
HTX, however, remains under pressure around the $0.0000017 range due to Binance transaction restrictions.
The current market situation is not necessarily indicative of an altseason, but rather a snapshot of fast-moving capital rotation across high-volatility tokens.
