Wall Street Reevaluates UiPath, Pegasystems, Coinbase, Q32 Bio, and BlackLine
Analysts are revisiting their views on five stocks: UiPath (PATH), Pegasystems (PEGA), Coinbase (COIN), Q32 Bio (QTTB), and BlackLine (BL). UiPath is drawing mixed reactions from Wall Street, with analyst Lucky Schreiner cutting PATH to Sell at $10. Schreiner praised the company's strong RPA base, orchestration layer, and $250M in AI ARR, but flagged pricing pushback on Maestro and confusion in the workflow automation market as key risks.
Schreiner worries that PATH's ability to lift prices and sustain higher growth is weakening, especially going into a tough 4Q setup where competitive pressure and buyer uncertainty could weigh on ARR and margins.
Pegasystems is also facing a reality check as Schreiner moves PEGA from Buy to Hold, citing lower conviction in near-term upside. Despite management talking up improved pipelines and better sales execution, the analyst now expects only about 10% ACV growth in FY26, below the original 15% guide, and sees downside risk to consensus forecasts.
Coinbase Global enters coverage on a stronger note, with analyst Stephen Glagola initiating COIN at Buy and a $237 target. Glagola's fresh Buy rating suggests confidence in Coinbase's earnings power and positioning in regulated digital assets.
Q32 Bio, trading under ticker QTTB, is turning heads in biotech as Maury Raycroft initiates coverage at Buy with a $29 target. The team highlights a Phase 3-ready alopecia areata asset, bempikibart, which showed promising Phase 2 hair regrowth data and could unlock an estimated $1.2B peak revenue if late-stage trials succeed.
BlackLine, by contrast, is losing favor as Schreiner downgrades BL to Sell with a $23 target, warning that frontier AI competition could cap its growth ambitions.
