Wall Street Weighs In: UiPath and Pegasystems Face Challenges
UiPath and Pegasystems are facing challenges from Wall Street analysts. Analyst Lucky Schreiner has downgraded UiPath to Sell, citing concerns over pricing pushback on Maestro and confusion in the workflow automation market. He also expressed doubts about the company's ability to sustain higher growth going into a tough fourth quarter setup.
Similarly, Schreiner has moved Pegasystems from Buy to Hold, due to lower conviction in near-term upside. He expects only 10% annual contract value (ACV) growth in FY26, below the original 15% guide, and sees downside risk to consensus forecasts.
On the other hand, Coinbase Global is entering coverage on a stronger note with a Buy rating from analyst Stephen Glagola, who initiated COIN at $237. This suggests renewed institutional interest in the crypto platform, which could draw new capital into the stock.
Q32 Bio, trading under ticker QTTB, is also gaining attention as Maury Raycroft initiates coverage at Buy with a $29 target. The company has a Phase 3-ready alopecia areata asset that showed promising Phase 2 hair regrowth data and could unlock an estimated $1.2 billion peak revenue if late-stage trials succeed.
BlackLine, however, is losing favor as Schreiner downgrades BL to Sell with a $23 target, warning that frontier AI competition could cap its growth ambitions.
