WalletConnect Adds Six New Certified Wallets in Season 3

WalletConnect, a protocol for connecting decentralized applications (dApps) to wallets, has announced the addition of six new certified wallets in its Season 3 program. The new wallets include mywallet_io, coolwallet, DCENTWALLETS, Bridge by mtpelerin, ironwallet_app, and dfnsHQ.

The WalletConnect Certified program vets wallets for seamless dApp connectivity and security standards, ensuring a premium user experience across the protocol's history and ecosystem role. This move expands the program's framework, which aims to simplify the connection process between wallets and dApps.

Pedro Gomes, who is building the @WalletConnect Network, has been instrumental in developing this program. The addition of these six new wallets brings the total number of certified wallets to an impressive roster.
