Warren Slams Trump's 'Corrupt' Business Deals: $1.4 Billion Crypto Windfall Called a 'Scam'
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) has labeled President Donald Trump as the 'most corrupt president' in American history, citing his extensive business activities during his second term.
The Democrat's criticism centers around Trump's cryptocurrency ventures, which reportedly generated over $1.4 billion in revenue by 2025, including $520 million from World Liberty Financial tokens and more than $635 million in royalties from the Official Trump memecoin.
Warren also highlighted Trump Media and Technology Group Corp.'s (DJT) service that charges between $60,000 and $100,000 a month for early access to posts from 10 prominent Truth Social accounts, including Trump's. Two media organizations have sued Trump over this service.
The senior lawmaker expressed concerns about the conversion of a Qatari 747 jet into the new Air Force One, which experts predict could cost taxpayers over $1 billion and take several years to complete.
