Whale Demand Boosts Dogecoin as Remittix Builds PayFi Case
Large Dogecoin wallets have been accumulating DOGE at an impressive rate. Between September 9 and 14, they bought approximately 240 million units while the token was trading under pressure.
This whale activity has contributed to a price rally of over 9%, with DOGE reaching an intraday high near $0.0946 and currently testing resistance around $0.096.
However, breaking above the psychologically important $0.10 level will be a key challenge for DOGE.
Rival project Remittix is building a PayFi case with a practical use case: converting supported cryptocurrency into fiat currency through local banking channels.
This could provide a durable demand engine that Dogecoin still depends on market sentiment to produce, as the platform aims to support over 50 digital assets and more than 30 fiat currencies.
