Whales Hoard as LTH Supply Falls: Can Bitcoin Hold Above $65K?
Bitcoin's price has stabilized at $65,000, but the cryptocurrency is still down 46.98% from last year, according to recent data.
The influx of Spot Bitcoin ETFs, which have seen $52.098 billion in inflows since January 2024, hasn't been enough to offset the decline in long-term holders' (LTH) supply.
CryptoQuant's data shows that LTH Supply Inflow at 37.4K indicates some Bitcoin is moving into long-term hands, but this influx can't compensate for outflows, which continue to outnumber inflows.
Despite the accumulation of Bitcoin by large holders, smaller investors are decreasing their exposure, with addresses holding between 0.1 and 1 BTC dispersing about 9,700 BTC on August 9th.
