WhiteBIT Token Reaches All-Time High of $83.64 Amid Market Uptrend
The WhiteBIT token (WBT) reached an all-time high of $83.64 on September 18, 2026, surpassing its previous record set in August 2026 at around $82.50.
This increase is part of a series of jumps, with the gap to the previous record being relatively small.
The rise can be attributed to two developments: WhiteBIT's buyback-and-burn program and the move from a standalone layer 1 blockchain to an Ethereum layer 2 built on the OP Stack.
A buyback-and-burn program involves using part of the exchange's revenue to purchase its own tokens back on the market, removing them from circulation, with the aim of pushing the total supply down to 200 million WBT.
The current total supply is around 293.46 million WBT, and the market capitalization stands at $9.90 billion, placing WBT 14th among all crypto assets on that ranking.
