Winston Taylor Bolsters Chicago Office with Digital Assets Expert Michael Frisch
Winston Taylor, a transatlantic law firm, has added Michael Frisch as a partner in its Financial Innovation & Regulation Practice and Digital Assets Group in Chicago. Frisch joins from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), where he was a senior trial attorney in the Division of Enforcement. He investigated and litigated alleged violations of the Commodity Exchange Act and worked on several significant cryptocurrency enforcement matters.
Frisch's experience in the digital assets space includes advising CFTC registrants, DeFi projects, DAOs, investors, and other market participants. He is a recognized leader in Chicago's digital assets community and has co-founded the Illinois Blockchain Association. Frisch has also served as Chairperson of the Public Policy and Regulation Committee of the Global Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Association.
