Winston Taylor Bolsters Digital Assets Practice with Michael Frisch Hire

Winston Taylor has strengthened its digital assets practice in Chicago by welcoming Michael Frisch as a partner. Frisch will work within the firm's Financial Innovation & Regulation Practice and Digital Assets Group, providing counsel on regulatory compliance, investigations, and enforcement matters involving digital assets and cryptocurrency.

Frisch brings extensive experience to his new role, having previously worked at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), where he served as a senior trial attorney in the Division of Enforcement. He investigated and litigated alleged violations of the Commodity Exchange Act and was involved in several significant cryptocurrency enforcement actions.

As chairperson of the Public Policy and Regulation Committee of the Global Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Association, Frisch has established himself as a leader in Chicago's digital assets community. His appointment reflects Winston Taylor's commitment to investing in areas where its clients face new opportunities and challenges.
