WisdomTree Teams with MoonPay for Tokenized Funds Access

WisdomTree and MoonPay have teamed up to bring tokenized money market funds within reach of everyday American investors. The collaboration, announced on September 17, 2026, aims to expand U.S. access to WTGXX, the WisdomTree Treasury Money Market Digital Fund.

MoonPay's payments and crypto infrastructure will be used to distribute WTGXX, giving its 35 million users direct access to the fund. This move could reshape how retail buyers and stablecoin issuers think about parking cash on-chain.

Jonathan Steinberg, Founder and CEO of WisdomTree, framed the collaboration as a response to how money itself is changing. 'Money moves differently today, and investing needs to keep pace,' he said.
