Wyoming Adds Indirect Exposure to Hype Through Public Investment Vehicle
Wyoming has added another digital asset-linked position to its crypto-related portfolio through an indirect investment in HYPE.
The state's second-quarter 13F filing revealed that it holds shares in Hyperliquid Strategies, a publicly traded vehicle linked to the Hyperliquid ecosystem.
This gives Wyoming indirect exposure to HYPE instead of holding the token on its balance sheet. The size and timing of the investment remain unclear.
Wyoming's expansion into blockchain initiatives continues with several notable projects underway, including the state-backed FRNT stablecoin and digital asset policies.
