Wyoming's Frontier Stable Token Adopts Chainlink Proof of Reserve

The Wyoming Stable Token Commission has adopted Chainlink Proof of Reserve for the Frontier Stable Token (FRNT), adding near real-time on-chain reserve checks to its existing independent AICPA examinations by The Network Firm.

This move deepens a Chainlink stack that already includes CCIP as FRNT's exclusive cross-chain rail, following Wyoming's August migration off LayerZero. FRNT is the first stable token issued by a U.S. state and is backed by U.S. dollars and short-term U.S. Treasuries.

The Commission positions this upgrade as a public-sector transparency standard, not a one-off vendor swap. A planned Secure Mint gate would block new FRNT issuance unless verified reserves meet or exceed outstanding supply.
