X Adds One-Tap Trading Links to Cashtags, Revolutionizing Market Conversation

X has added a 'Trade' button to its Cashtags feature, allowing U.S. users to move directly from market conversation to trade execution.

The new feature connects supported stock and crypto tickers with brokerage and exchange partners, including Interactive Brokers, Kraken, Coinbase, Moomoo, and Gemini.

With the addition of a trading layer, X is shortening the path from post to position, enabling users to discover a ticker in a viral post, open the chart, and move directly to a trading venue without leaving the conversation flow.

X's head of global advertising at SpaceXAI, Monique Pintarelli, said 'With our Cashtag partners, we're connecting the financial conversation to action.'
