X-Agent Announces AI MCP Hackathon 2026 with USDT and Token Rewards

X-Agent, an AI social engine infrastructure provider, has announced its annual hackathon event for the year 2026. The X-Agent AI MCP Hackathon 2026 is scheduled to take place on September 2nd and will target developers worldwide. This event is backed by OLA XBT and aims to build agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) applications with real-world usability and verifiability.

The hackathon features two distinct tracks: Open Innovation and the OLA XBT x X-Agent Trading Challenge. The Open Innovation track allows participants to freely create API-based agents and MCP applications using AI, crypto, data, automation, and agent infrastructure. On the other hand, the trading challenge will give teams access to OLA XBT Nexus MCP, a specialized toolset designed for trading applications.

Each track's winning team will receive 500 USDT as a prize, while the top five teams in each track will earn X Points. These X Points can be exchanged for X-Agent's airdrop token, XAGT, providing an additional incentive for participation beyond the immediate cash prize.
