X Sues Influencers Over £207,384 Revenue Fraud Scheme

X Internet Unlimited Company and X Corp have filed a lawsuit against Bitcoin influencers Vivek Kumar Sen, Zamyang Sherpa, and operators of related accounts in the UK High Court.

The lawsuit alleges that these individuals coordinated a network of X accounts to manipulate engagement and falsely acquire at least £207,384 through the platform's Creator Revenue Program.

X claims that the accounts published similar content, repeatedly liked and reposted each other's posts, and used several financial accounts to conceal their identities.

The company suspended the accounts on August 18 and is seeking to recover the allegedly illegally obtained funds, as well as damages, interests, and legal costs.
