X Sues Over Alleged £207K Scheme Involving Coordinated Bitcoin Account Network
X Internet Unlimited Company and X Corp have filed a lawsuit against two named defendants and unidentified account operators in England, alleging a coordinated network manipulated engagement across Bitcoin-focused accounts.
The company claims that at least £207,384 was obtained through its Creator Revenue Sharing Program, with payments made to six primary accounts enrolled between August 2023 and February 2026. These accounts allegedly operated as a single coordinated network to increase monetizable engagement by posting inauthentic content and using multiple bank accounts to hide their scheme.
The lawsuit names Vivek Kumar Sen and Zamyang Sherpa, along with unidentified operators controlling additional linked accounts, for deceit, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and knowing receipt connected with the older program. X has suspended the disputed accounts and is seeking delivery or repayment of the disputed funds, damages, equitable or restitutionary compensation, interest under Section 35A of the Senior Courts Act 1981, legal costs, and any further relief the court considers appropriate.
