X has suspended several Bitcoin-focused accounts after allegations of a $250,000 revenue scheme. Former product chief Nikita Bier made the claims on August 18, stating that one operator used over 10 accounts to defraud X's Creator Revenue Sharing program.

Bier alleged that the operator earned more than $250,000 across two years through coordinated activity and reposting of stolen content. However, he provided no independent evidence linking all the accounts to the same operator.

X referred the matter to law enforcement and suspended several accounts, including one accused by FinanceLancelot of reposting content without permission.
