X Unveils Cashtag Partner Program for US Stock and Crypto Trading

Social network X has launched its Cashtag Partner Program in the US for trading stocks and cryptocurrencies. The program links posts and market data to five major trading platforms, including Interactive Brokers, Moomoo, Gemini, Kraken, and Coinbase.

Users can tap a supported asset's cashtag to view price charts and related posts. Selecting the 'Trade' button directs them to one of the partner platforms to log in or create an account and place trades.

X does not execute trades itself; transactions take place on the selected platform's side. This marks another step towards X's goal of becoming an 'everything app,' as announced earlier this year.
