XRP Activity Skyrockets 650%, Coin Sees Nearly 50% Price Surge

XRP's activity has seen a massive surge of 650% over the past two weeks, according to data from t54. This increase in activity coincides with a significant rise in price, with XRP gaining nearly 50% in value over the last seven days.

The market capitalization of XRP has also risen substantially, increasing by $31.27 billion to approximately $93.8 billion as of August 25. The number of daily active addresses on the XRP Ledger has increased dramatically, from 47,180 to 356,070 within a two-week period.

The growth in active addresses is particularly noteworthy because it occurs alongside a rise in price, indicating that users are actively engaging with the XRP network. Additionally, AI agent transactions have contributed to the increase in activity on the XRP Ledger, with over 5,355.43 tokens transacted via AI agents up until August 24.

The surge in demand for XRP has also been reflected in the performance of spot XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs), which have seen significant inflows of capital. According to data from SoSoValue, these ETFs received around $95.65 million in net inflow between July 1 and August 24.
