XRP Analyst Sees $27 Target Within Weeks Amidst Market Struggles
Ripple's XRP token has gone more than eight years without setting a new all-time high, a drought that stands out even by crypto's volatile standards. The token peaked at $3.84 on January 4, 2018, and despite powerful rallies since then, it has never managed to break through that level.
In July 2025, XRP touched $3.65, roughly 5% shy of the record, before a sharp reversal dragged it back down to around $1.03. Long-term holders are feeling the weight of this prolonged underperformance as Bitcoin and Ethereum posted gains last week, while XRP dropped more than 3%, making it the only major token to lose ground over that stretch.
CryptoBull, a widely followed analyst, has issued a forecast that would require XRP to defy almost every trend now in place. He argues the token can reach $27 by the end of October, a target that implies a roughly 26-fold surge from current levels in about twelve weeks.
