XRP Bull Run Fuelled by ETF Inflows and Prediction Model
XRP's recent price recovery may be more than just a short-lived bounce according to CryptoSlate's prediction model, which suggests that the token could climb above $2.14 by late November.
The model's bullish outcome is at the 80th percentile, nearly 59% above XRP's current price of $1.35. However, this scenario is not a guarantee and there are still significant risks involved, including a large leveraged short position that could lead to violent market moves if triggered.
The model's median forecast is much more conservative, predicting a gain of only about 8.9% to reach $1.47. On the other hand, derivatives positioning suggests that sustained ETF inflows alongside rising prices would increase pressure on traders carrying directional shorts, potentially forcing them to reduce their exposure and adding momentum to the upside.
The XRP market is currently balancing two very different signals: six months of ETF accumulation and a sizeable leveraged short on one side, and a model whose median still sits well below its bullish headline target on the other.
