XRP Bulls Eye Upward Breakout as Analyst Identifies Critical Confluence Point
A top crypto analyst, EGRAG CRYPTO, has identified a bullish confluence for XRP on its monthly chart, which spans from 2014. The chart shows three exponential moving averages (EMAs) - 21, 50, and 100 - with the 100 EMA acting as the macro bottom during this cycle. The analyst notes that XRP needs to close above the 21 EMA to confirm a major bullish signal.
The analyst sets out three specific requirements for a bullish shift: closing above the 21 EMA, breaking and closing above the falling wedge on the monthly chart, and reclaiming the Fibonacci 0.382 level around $1.63 to $1.65. If all three conditions are met, the probability of an upside breakout increases.
The analyst also notes that a bearish scenario remains valid if XRP prints confirmed closes below the 50 EMA on higher timeframes, which could increase the likelihood of a revisit to the 100 EMA. The Fibonacci levels project significant upside targets: $2.4785 (0.702 level), $3.6692 (1.0 level), and $8.2782 (1.618 extension).
