XRP Enters Flattest Month on Record as Demand Fades
XRP's strongest month of the year in July saw an unexpected drop in demand from institutions and spot buyers. Despite the asset closing July green for the sixth consecutive year, ETF desks recorded zero flows on 10 out of 17 trading days in the month.
The flattest month on XRP's record is August, with a +0.43% average return, making it the only month to have closed red four years running and Bitcoin enters similar setup.
On-chain data shows that exchange outflows collapsed by 66%, from -205.1 million XRP to -70.2 million XRP in July, indicating that buyers may be stepping aside rather than accumulating the asset.
