XRP ETF Inflows Rise Amid Fading Retail Demand
The price of XRP remains within a bearish trend as retail participation continues to decline. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index stands at 36, indicating that demand for risk assets is subdued.
In contrast, XRP-linked exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have seen an increase in inflows, attracting $14.9 million last week and a further $1.15 million on Monday. This brings the cumulative total to $1.5 billion.
Retail demand is fading, however, with perpetual futures open interest down by 4.6% over the past 24 hours to $2.3 billion. The decline in open interest suggests that traders are closing positions or reducing their exposure.
