XRP's expansion into regulated derivatives infrastructure is continuing as Canadian-listed XRP ETF options gain a clearer route into the U.S. market.

A new SEC filing by the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation lists options on the Evolve XRP ETF (XRP) and Purpose XRP ETF (XRPP) among Montréal Exchange contracts covered by CDCC's Form S-20 registration for sale in the United States.

This move adds to XRP's broader institutional adoption, which has already accelerated through CME futures, options, and ETF products. The structure creates a regulated route for eligible U.S. participants to gain options exposure linked to Canadian XRP ETFs without relying on offshore perpetual markets.

XRP is being treated alongside BTC, ETH, and SOL as assets that currently qualify under generic listing standards for commodity-based trust shares, according to a separate Federal Register filing.
