XRP ETFs Defy Crypto Outflow Trend
XRP exchange-traded funds defied the trend of outflows from other major crypto fund categories on September 8, attracting $1.55 million in net inflows while Bitcoin and Ethereum funds bled capital.
The divergence was stark: Bitcoin ETFs hemorrhaged roughly $46.65 million, Ethereum funds lost about $24.29 million, and Solana products shed $667,720.
XRP's intake may have been modest in absolute terms, but it underscores a pattern that has been building for weeks - institutional investors are increasingly turning to XRP ETFs.
The September 8 result extends an 11-session inflow streak that pushed cumulative net inflows for U.S. spot XRP ETFs to approximately $1.68 billion as of September 1, with the final week of August seeing a particularly strong stretch, with $110.49 million pouring into XRP funds.
