XRP Healthcare has confirmed that approximately 4,011 wallets were affected by unauthorized transactions starting from September 3, resulting in losses of around $452,000.

The company initially reported that users should stop using XRPH Wallet while the development team investigated the breach. Later updates revealed that the affected accounts lost 267,664 XRP and approximately 23.2 million XRPH tokens, which were converted into roughly 445,198 DAI on Ethereum.

Independent investigators attribute the breach to a possible seed phrase leak through the staking function of XRPH Wallet. According to their analysis, activating staking caused users' seed phrases to be transmitted to a remote server, potentially exposing them to unauthorized access.
