XRP's daily trading volume reached its highest point this year at $15.4 billion on August 22, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

This marked a significant increase of 1,300% from XRP's average daily trading volume in August and surpassed the previous yearly record of $11.836 billion set in February during the market recovery.

The strong price increase was also reflected in XRP's weekly performance, which saw a gain of 53% last week, its best since November 2024.
